CAN I CANCEL MY DELIVERY ONCE SCHEDULED?
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY DELIVERY?
To have the best delivery experience possible we highly recommend to have: Someone 18 years or older to receive your furniture, pets put away, and have your space clear ahead of time since our delivery drivers cannot move existing furniture in your home.
CAN I CHOOSE MY DELIVERY TIME?
You can’t select a specific delivery time, but we do offer two different delivery window times: daytime/afternoon and evening. Our daytime deliveries begin at 7am and our evening deliveries begin at 3pm. Some areas outside of our local DFW delivery area are limited to specific days of the week.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE DFW METROPLEX?
We offer our VIP Delivery & Assembly service all over Texas. If you live outside of our regular local DFW route there is an additional fee. To receive a Delivery quote please text (817)945-6460.
WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF TEXAS?
If you live outside of Texas/Oklahoma and you would like to order an item from our Canales Furniture, it can be shipped by a 3rd party company (such as Freight.com, UPS or FedEx). CAN MY DELIVERY TEAM MOVE ANY EXISTING FURNITURE?
Your area should be clear and ready to receive your new furniture. Our delivery drivers are not able to remove any furniture, windows, or doors.
