Returns

All sales are final. If a return is authorized, it will be applied as store credit only and a 25% restocking fee will be accessed as well as a $90 additional delivery fee if you are unable to return item(s) yourself. Item(s) must be in new condition. All exchanges or returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise. Canales Furniture reserves the right to determine if merchandise is eligible for return.

Store Credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A store credit will automatically be applied and we will notify you.

 

Lay-Away Policy:

Agreement can be reached in three-to-six-months, payments are required (In the event of a time limit expiration, the money cannot be refunded.) Once merchandise is paid in full you may schedule delivery or pick-up.

 

Delivery:

Area must be clear and person(s) receiving must be 18 years or older. Canales Furniture will provide a three-hour time frame text notification the day before and a call prior to arrival of delivery. Time frames cannot be changed, cancellation is required 24 hours prior to delivery date to avoid any fees. Delivery personnel cannot remove any furniture, doors or windows. Pick-Ups:

The store will call you once your items are received and ready for pick up. Please do not show up to pick up your items before you receive the notification to avoid unnecessary delays. Assembly may be requested subject to standard rate. Call/Text (817) 945-6460  to schedule appointment. Customer is liable for any damages of merchandise resulting from loading, securing and transporting merchandise.
