I had a great experience shopping for furniture with Adriana! She was very helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. She made everything easy and took the time to answer all of my questions. Very sweet helpful and respectful

I’m very disappointed I haven’t received my couch yet. It was purchased on 6/30 with an estimated delivery of 7/31 per my paperwork. I called late July and was told it was ready to ship they were just waiting for the truck to fill but it would definitely arrive on 9/21 but maybe sooner if the truck fills faster. On 9/20 I called was told the item had not shipped yet and David said he would make some called and get back to me. On 9/24 I called again to find out where my couch is to be told by Carlos it’s in the container and has shipped and would arrive in California on Nov 2 for a delivery to my home in Tx on Nov 15/16….. I’m not holding my breath at this point.
Also if the store does not have the color or material available directly in store it is considered a customization with an up charge and long delivery time frame.

I would not purchase from Canales Furniture again.

I ordered two nightstands, and one arrived with visible damage. What concerned me even more was that the damaged area appeared to have been previously touched up or repaired, making me question whether the damage was already known before the nightstand was sent to me.

I provided clear, close-up photos showing the damage. Canales responded with photos taken from much farther away, where the damage was much harder to see. In my opinion, comparing distant photos to detailed close-ups does not fairly show the condition of the furniture I received.

I was also extremely disappointed with how the return was handled. After receiving a damaged piece of furniture, I do not believe I should have to pay additional costs to return it.

I gave Canales the opportunity to resolve the issue before posting this review, but I was not satisfied with their response or customer service.

I’m sharing my experience so other customers know what to expect. Take detailed pictures as soon as your furniture arrives and make sure you fully understand their return policy.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Canales Furniture and will not purchase from them again.
