Pickup Policy

After you've purchased your furniture, you have two ways to have it in your home: distribution pickup or delivery. Same-day furniture pick-up is available for all in-stock items once purchased. If the item is not in stock, the store will notify you when it arrives and you will be able to schedule a time to pick it up.

If you choose to pick up your furniture yourself, we will not charge you any additional fees. To pick up your merchandise, you must present your sales receipt and ID.

Canales Furniture will provide loading assistance to help customers load purchased merchandise into their personal vehicles at the customer's request as a courtesy.

Where can I pick up my order?

We are near the Arlington Highlands and Parks Mall, and our address is 102 E Interstate 20, Arlington, TX 76018.

Is there anything I need to bring with me for pickup?

Bring a government-issued photo ID, your sales receipt, and any other items required to load and secure your purchase in your vehicle.

Will someone assist me in loading my purchase into my vehicle?

Yes, but we recommend that you bring the necessary supplies to ensure the safe loading and transportation of your items.

What if my vehicle isn't big enough to accommodate my order?

If you are unable to complete your pickup, our Store Delivery service is always available at a starting rate of $80.

Will my purchase be assembled before pickup?

No. After you've completed pickup, your purchase may still be in a box and require assembly at home. Please consider our Delivery service if you require professional assembly.

Who can pick up my purchase?

Orders can only be picked up by the names provided on sales receipt. If you would like to authorize someone not on the sales receipt you must inform the location at which purchase was made at.  Please bring a government-issued photo ID for verification.

What if I am unable to pick up my order?

Within the DFW Metroplex, we provide flat-rate in-home furniture delivery for $80. We offer delivery and assembly for $160 and take care of everything: full setup, placement, and clean up of all items on order!

Do you deliver out of state?

Yes, after 20 miles from our nearest location, additional fees do apply. Contact our customer service to inquire about delivery dates and rates to your location.
