Measure Your Entryway

  • Measure the entry clearance/depth (C) to ensure that there is enough space for large items to be carried in and out.
  • If there are any walls or turns directly past the entry door, repeat the measurement process to ensure that there is enough space to maneuver large items.

If an elevator is required to reach your apartment or condo, measure the elevator doorway and interior to ensure that items can be safely transported.

Measure Your Furniture

Step 2 Measure Your Furniture

  • For sofas, measure the width (D) and diagonal depth (E)
