We guarantee to have the best service in the whole Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Our customers are important to us and that is why we have a Delivery Satisfaction Guarantee when you purchase with us and choose to have your new furniture delivered by one of our Delivery Experts.

Premium Delivery Services

Starting at $199

  • A 3-Hour window is provided the night before delivery.
  • 30 minute call ahead.
  • Pre-delivery inspection.
  • Furniture is placed in the room of your choice.
  • Furniture assembly is provided.
  • Packaging materials clean up and recycling.
  • Customer survey to make sure we did our job properly.

Drop Off Delivery

Starting at $99

  • You are required to be home to accept the delivery and a signature is needed. our items will be delivered as long as the delivery team determines area is secure.
  • The delivery team will unload the items in a safe place outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Once it is dropped off, it's yours!
  • For apartments and condos with a front desk, your item(s) will be dropped off there. For any apartments or condos that have doors only, your item(s) will be left outside the front door.
  • If you need to reschedule your delivery, please ensure to contact the local delivery agent directly at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time. Their contact information can be found in the text detailing your delivery date and time window.

Delivery Preparation 

  • The area where the new furniture will be going must be clear for delivery. We cannot remove or rearrange existing furniture.
  • A person over 18 years old is required to receive the furniture. 
  • Please secure all pets before delivery team arrives.

* Each floor without elevator access is subject to a $20 fee.

What delivery options does Canales Furniture offer?

We offer two delivery services: Premium Delivery and Drop-Off Delivery.

  • Premium Delivery (starting at $199) includes a 3-hour delivery window, 30-minute call-ahead, pre-delivery inspection, in-room placement, assembly, packaging cleanup, and a customer satisfaction survey.
  • Drop-Off Delivery (starting at $99) includes safe drop-off outside your home, garage, porch, or building front desk, with no assembly or in-home placement.
How should I prepare for my furniture delivery?

Please make sure the delivery area is completely cleared before our team arrives, as we cannot remove or rearrange existing furniture. An adult 18 or older must be present to receive the delivery, and all pets should be secured for everyone’s safety. Please note: each additional floor without elevator access is subject to a $20 fee.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes, you can reschedule your delivery by contacting your local delivery agent at least 48 hours before your scheduled date and time. Their contact information is provided in your delivery confirmation text message.

Does Canales Furniture offer pickup or out-of-state delivery?

Yes! We provide Free Local Pickup, allowing you to pick up your furniture at no cost.

For customers outside Texas, we offer Out-of-State Delivery, but these orders must be placed by phone, email, or live chat. Online checkout is not available for out-of-state deliveries.
