CANALES FURNITURE “MAGIC MINUTE / 15 MINUTES TO FREE” CONDITIONAL REBATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Canales Furniture “Magic Minute / 15 Minutes to Free” Promotion (the “Promotion”) takes place from June 4, 2026 to June 10, 2026 during regular business hours (the "Qualifying Period"). Participation in the Promotion does not constitute participation in any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes. By participating in the Promotion, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Canales Furniture, 102 E. Interstate 20, Arlington, TX 76018 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: Only residents of Texas and Oklahoma who are eighteen (18) years of age or older with a valid format of identification are eligible to participate. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
HOW IT WORKS: Any individual who makes a purchase of $1,299 (or multiple purchases totaling $1,299) or more at a participating Canales Furniture location during the Qualifying Period (a “Qualifying Purchase”) is entitled to a 100% refund on their entire purchase price excluding sales tax, delivery charges, and warranties where applicable, if both Team Mexico and Team USA each score a goal in the first fifteen (15) minutes of their opening matches in the international soccer championship (each, a “Match”) as recorded by the governing body’s official match report (collectively, the “Activation Event”) and if the individual who made a qualifying purchase complies with these Terms and Conditions. For clarification, the Team Mexico Match is scheduled for June 11, 2026 and the Team USA Match is scheduled for June 12, 2026. Based on standard soccer definitions, a goal in the first fifteen (15) minutes is considered a goal scored between 0:00 and 14:59 on the official match clock. For the purposes of this Promotion, the governing body’s official match report will be the sole determining source for the official time of any goal. If either Team Mexico or Team USA score a goal in the first fifteen (15) minutes of their match, but either Team Mexico or Team USA do not score a goal in the first fifteen (15) minutes of their match, no refund will be awarded. Both Team Mexico and Team USA must score a goal in the first fifteen (15) minutes of their matches for the refund to be awarded.
All qualifying purchases must be paid for or financed per Sponsor standard regulations in order to be eligible for the refund. Online purchases are not eligible for the Promotion.

The official outcome and all statistics from the Match will be solely determined by the official governing body records. In the event a Match is rescheduled for a later date, these Terms and Conditions will apply to the rescheduled date.
In order to participate, consumers must agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damages arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of refund/award.
In the event the Activation Event happens, and a participant qualifies for a refund/award, eligible participants will receive notification from Sponsor within thirty (30) days of the Activation Event that their refund/award is ready. Participants will have sixty (60) days from the date of notification to collect their refund/award from the Canales location in which they made their purchase or initiated the free participation process. The participant must present a valid form of identification to pick up their refund/award. The refund/award will only be given to the original purchaser or the name on the participation request, as applicable.
To qualify for the Offer without making a purchase, during the Qualification Period, visit a participating location during the Qualification Period, request an entry form from a representative of Sponsor, complete the entry form in its entirety and submit the entry form as directed. In the event the Activation Event is satisfied, all those who entered without making a purchase will receive a check in the amount of the average purchase price of all sales made during the Qualification Period.
In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the participant who made a Qualifying Purchase/submitted a free participation request cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected request will be deemed ineligible. The Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of requests. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of requests. Participants are responsible for checking their SPAM folders for Promotion correspondence.
If for any reason this procedure is not followed, the refund/award will not be granted. In the event the Activation Event is not met, then the Promotion is void, and there will be no rebate, refund or compensation in any manner to any eligible participant.
Sponsor reserves the right to require participants to provide proof of eligibility and/or purchase prior to providing a refund/award. Participant is responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt of the refund/award check.
In the event a participant receives a refund/award and is later found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions they will be required to reimburse Sponsor for the total amount of the refund/award received.
GENERAL: Acceptance of a refund/award constitutes recipient’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use recipient’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Participants agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, or from participants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any refund/award, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any refund/award, including, without limitation, to such refund’s/award’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding refunds/awards or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will only honor those purchases made and free participation requests received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. These Terms and Conditions cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
GOVERNING LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.

Orders cancelled on the day of delivery or after the delivery has been dispatched will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Once merchandise has been delivered or picked up, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.
If your item remains in its original sealed packaging, and it is not a special order, bedding accessory, or As-Is item, it may be eligible for store credit reselection within 24 hours of the original delivery or pickup.
Canales Furniture reserves the right to inspect the product before authorizing any return or reselection.
If your product arrives in damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you.
Approved replacements will be for the same product only.
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents is not eligible for repair or replacement.
Once product packaging has been removed and the product is in open condition, refunds or reselections are no longer available.
All As-Is and floor model purchases are final sale and do not include manufacturer warranty coverage.
Due to sanitary reasons, bedding accessories including: Comforters, Pillows, Bedding sheets, Mattress toppers and other Similar bedding products are non-returnable and final sale.
Some bedding items may include a manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the warranty information included with your product.
Delivery fees are non-refundable and will apply again if a reselection requires a new delivery.
Canales Furniture proudly offers delivery service throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, Waco, and Oklahoma City.
Delivery service starts at $99 for locations within 20 miles of a Canales Furniture store.
Additional charges may apply for:
• Apartment or condo deliveries to upper floors
• $2 for each additional mile outside the 20 mile radius.
• Priority or expedited delivery services
Our delivery service includes:
• Delivery into your home
• Professional assembly of your furniture (if purchased at the time order was placed, this is a separate fee.
A signature is required at the time of delivery, and someone 18 years or older must be present to receive the order.
Your delivery can be scheduled for the next available date after purchase your sales associate will confirm with you.
Deliveries are available 7 days a week between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
A 3-hour delivery window will be provided the evening before your scheduled delivery date.
Same-Day and After-3PM delivery options are available at our Dallas/Fort Worth locations, subject to availability.
Same-Day Delivery requests made after 1:00 PM will incur a $99.99 priority delivery upgrade fee.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please:
• Remove any existing furniture that may block the delivery area
• Create a clear path to the room where furniture will be placed
• Protect exposed flooring if necessary
Our delivery team cannot remove or rearrange existing furniture.
Any damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include clear photographs to arrange the appropriate service.
We carefully inspect products before they leave our warehouse. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Depending on the situation:

Depending on the manufacturer, warranty claims may be handled:

• Through Canales Furniture as an authorized retailer
For quality control purposes, we may request photos of the issue before processing a warranty claim.
Delivery or pickup fees may apply when servicing items under warranty.
For additional protection, Canales Furniture offers an extended Furniture Protection Plan through our third-party partner Montage Furniture Services (MFS).
This optional plan provides coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

Canales Furniture does not offer installation services. Appliance accessories such as hoses, power plugs, and dryer vents (or any other accessories)are sold separately.
Customers are responsible for registering their appliances for warranty coverage on the manufacturer’s website.
At Canales Furniture, mattress returns, exchanges, comfort trials, and warranty claims are reviewed based on the manufacturer policy, product condition, original receipt, law tag, and approval requirements. Manufacturer programs may vary by brand, product type, and purchase channel.
Tempur Pedic mattresses may qualify under the manufacturer’s 90 night trial when the product meets the applicable requirements. If the mattress was purchased through Canales Furniture, the request must be reviewed by Canales Furniture first, since retailer purchases may follow different return and exchange procedures.
Pillows, power bases, flat foundations, bedding, accessories, closeout items, and final sale items may not qualify for return.
Sealy mattresses may qualify for a 90 night trial under manufacturer rules, with a recommended 30 night adjustment period.
Eligibility depends on product condition, receipt, law tag, manufacturer requirements, and approval. A return fee may apply when approved.
Stearns & Foster mattresses may qualify for a 90 night trial only when the purchase meets the manufacturer’s terms.
Purchases made through Canales Furniture must be reviewed by Canales Furniture based on the original sale, product condition, and manufacturer approval.
Foundations, power bases, bed frames, pillows, linens, and accessories may not qualify for the mattress trial.
Nectar mattresses may qualify for a 365 night trial under manufacturer rules.
Opened mattress return requests may be made after 30 days and no later than 365 days after delivery. Unopened mattresses can be requested for return immediately, but mattresses left unopened for more than 90 days may become ineligible.
Restonic warranty claims should begin with the retailer where the mattress was purchased.
Canales Furniture will help review eligible Restonic warranty claims when the customer provides the original store receipt, law tag information, and clear photos of the mattress.
Sierra Sleep By Ashley products are reviewed under Ashley Bedding or Ashley Sleep policy, depending on the product.
Mattresses may have additional restrictions, inspection requirements, or manufacturer warranty handling.
Simon products purchased from Canales Furniture are reviewed under Canales Furniture’s return and manufacturer warranty process.
Returns, exchanges, or warranty claims may require the original receipt, product photos, law tag, product condition review, and manufacturer approval.
Sleep Tone warranty claims are reviewed based on defects in materials or workmanship.
Sleep Tone may exclude issues such as wear and tear, stains, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized alteration or repair, commercial use, and damage from transit or handling.
Jamison Bedding warranty claims must normally be started through the retailer where the mattress was purchased.
Canales Furniture will help review and submit eligible Jamison claims when the customer provides the original receipt, law tag information, photos, and product details.
Items that are stained, damaged, abused, unsanitary, missing law tags, missing proof of purchase, altered, improperly supported, clearance, floor sample, final sale, or outside the allowed time frame may not qualify.
Bedding accessories may include pillows, protectors, toppers, sheets, comforter sets, and similar sleep accessories from brands such as Malouf, Blu Sleep, Ashley Bedding, Hallmart Collectibles, and related bedding vendors.
Due to the personal nature of bedding products, many accessories may be non returnable once opened, used, washed, stained, damaged, or removed from original packaging.
Eligible returns or warranty claims may require the original receipt, photos, packaging, product tag, and manufacturer approval.
Malouf products are reviewed based on product type. Bedding, pillows, protectors, and toppers may need to be unopened and unused to qualify for return.
Warranty coverage varies by product and may exclude stains, wear and tear, improper care, and unauthorized alterations.
Blu Sleep mattress and bedding claims are reviewed under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
Warranty coverage is generally for manufacturing defects and does not automatically guarantee a return or refund.
Hallmart Collectibles items may qualify for return only when they meet Hallmart’s condition and timing requirements.
Items may need to be in original condition and original packaging. Manufacturing defect claims may require proof of purchase and photos.
Ashley Bedding accessories are reviewed under Ashley’s applicable return or warranty rules and Canales Furniture’s return process.
Eligible items may need to be in original condition with all accessories and parts.
Canales Furniture will review eligible bedding accessory claims based on the applicable product, brand, condition, and manufacturer requirements.
This policy applies to foundations, adjustable bases, bed frames, box springs, support systems, and similar mattress support products from brands such as Tempur Pedic, Sealy, Stearns & Foster, Knickerbocker, Ashley Bedding, and related vendors.
Many foundations, power bases, adjustable bases, frames, and support items may be limited return or non returnable once opened, assembled, delivered, used, damaged, or installed.
Manufacturer warranty coverage may still apply when there is a qualifying defect.
Tempur Pedic power bases, flat foundations, bedding, accessories, and similar items may not qualify for return under the mattress trial policy.
Stearns & Foster power bases, foundations, bed frames, pillows, linens, and accessories may not qualify for the mattress trial.
Knickerbocker bed frames and support products may qualify for manufacturer support when there is a defect.
If the product is defective, replacement parts or a replacement product may be provided when approved.
Ashley Bedding foundations and support items are reviewed based on Ashley’s applicable return or warranty rules, product condition, proof of purchase, and manufacturer approval.
Canales Furniture will review each request based on product condition, proof of purchase, manufacturer requirements, and whether the item qualifies for return, exchange, repair, replacement, or warranty support.
Clearance items, floor samples, open box items, special order items, final sale items, damaged discount items, as is items, and products sold with disclosed imperfections are generally final sale.
Final sale items may not be eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, comfort trial, or refund.
Manufacturer warranty coverage may still apply only if the product qualifies under the manufacturer written warranty and the issue is a covered manufacturing defect.
Proof of purchase, photos, law tags, product tags, and inspection may be required.
Items that are stained, damaged, abused, missing parts, missing tags, missing original packaging, improperly used, or outside the allowed time frame may not qualify.
Canales Furniture reserves the right to review each claim based on the original sale terms, item condition, manufacturer requirements, and applicable warranty coverage.
