Who delivers my merchandise?
We utilize third party delivery companies HE Hernandez Express and AAG Transportation Services for local and out-of-state deliveries. Each is a a trusted trucking company who guarantees to leave you satisfied with services offered, delivery, and assembly of merchandise.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we are only able to provide delivery service in and around Texas, including Louisiana and Oklahoma. For a delivery quote, please feel free to give us a call at (817) 945-6460.
When can you deliver?
We offer the delivery service seven days a week. We usually do same-day delivery if possible when you purchase in one of our stores. For online purchases, it may take up to two days to schedule. If the merchandise is available, we’ll deliver as soon as possible.
Do you take my old furniture with you?
We require the area to be clear so that drivers can provide a quick and efficient service. We cannot take old furniture with us due to safety and health reasons.
Do you offer layaway?
We offer three- or six-month layaways, and we are open to work with you to find the perfect time that will accommodate you best!
I don’t have credit. Can I still apply?
Yes! We offer many financing options that will allow you to purchase the furniture and will help you build your credit.
Do you offer warranty?
There is a basic one-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects, but warranty for each product varies. Contact (817) 945-6460 to learn about the warranty on your merchandise.
Do you offer a protection plan?
We offer a protection plan for up to five years. It covers any type of accident, including pet damage.
I purchased online. What’s my next step?
You will receive an email with your order confirmation. If you do not receive this the same day you purchased, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list. If your order was placed after 5 p.m., it will be processed the next business day (Monday-Friday). Online sales may require online shoppers to provide verification information in order to provide the security of our customers. As a company we strive to protect our valued customers through the online process.
Where do I pick up my merchandise?
Once you receive an email order confirmation, you will receive a courtesy call from our online sales team to let you know your merchandise is ready for pick up. You’ll be picking up the furniture at our Distribution Center in Arlington.
How will I know if my merchandise is ready for delivery?
Once you receive an email order confirmation, you’ll receive a courtesy call from our online sales team to let you know your merchandise is ready. They’ll schedule a delivery date that is best for you.
On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text and/or call from our logistics team to confirm your address and time.
