  • Steel Bed Frames and Support Systems:Limited Lifetime Warranty: Protects against structural failure, bending, or breakage of the steel frame under normal residential use.

What is Covered?

  • Mechanical Failures: Defects in the adjustable lift mechanisms or "Wall Defender" technology.
  • Electrical Components: Faulty motors, control boxes, massage units, and wired/wireless remotes (subject to the tiered schedule above).
  • Structural Defects: Cracks or breaks in the steel frame or leg assemblies.

What is Not Covered?
The WSP manufacturer warranty contains specific exclusions. The warranty will be voided or does not cover the following:

  • Power Surges: Damage to electrical components caused by a power surge. IMPORTANT: The use of a high-quality surge protector is strictly required to maintain warranty coverage on all adjustable bases.
  • Misuse and Overload: Damage resulting from exceeding the manufacturer’s specified weight capacity or "jumping" on the base.
  • Modifications: Any unauthorized repairs or physical alterations to the frame or motor housing.
  • Fabric and Upholstery: Normal wear, pilling, or staining of the decorative upholstered "deck-on-deck" surround.
  • Commercial Use: Products used in rental properties, hotels, or other non-residential settings.

How to File a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim for your WSP product, our Canales Furniture Customer Care team will need the following information:

  1. Your original Canales Furniture purchase receipt. (Proof of purchase is required).
  2. The Serial Number of the unit (found on the main frame or on the motor/control box underneath the bed).
  3. Clear digital photographs or a brief video of the issue (especially helpful for troubleshooting motor sounds or remote connectivity).

Once you have these items ready, please contact the Canales Furniture warranty department. We will work directly with W. Silver Products to coordinate troubleshooting, replacement parts, or authorized service.
