Canales Furniture Mattress Warranty Claim Procedure
Sometimes, even the highest quality products can show early signs of wear or have an unforeseen defect.
At Canales Furniture, we stand by our commitment to help you get your best night’s sleep.
If something goes wrong with a product you purchased from us, we’re here to help guide you through the warranty process.
It is important to know that your mattress warranty may be covered by the manufacturer directly, and the process may differ depending on the product type and brand.
Your product will first need to be inspected after being filed for a warranty claim.
A warranty claim can NOT be filed for the following reasons:
-Feeling Uncomfortable
-Failing to flip/rotate your mattress
-Cost of non defective components
-Tears or scratches
-Discoloration/stains
-Minor Sagging
To begin your warranty claim the following items must be sent via email to info@canalesfurniture.com ; Note if Mattress Law tags are not attached and/or mattress has any type of stains warranty is automatically voided.
How to make a Claim ?
1) __________Pictures of the mattress with no sheets (full length view)
2) __________Pictures of the measurement of the impression (see below)
3) __________Pictures of the law tag attached to the mattress (make sure this is legible)
4) __________Pictures of the foundation (remove mattress please)
5) __________Pictures of the law tag attached to the foundation (make sure this is legible)
6) __________Pictures of the bed slats/rail (with foundation removed)
After receiving your claim number, you will have the option to schedule an inspection appointment at our Distribution or contact (817) 945-6460 to schedule a pick-up service with one of our third party contractors.
Note: Our third party contractors do charge a flat rate of $95 for transportation.
Results in 3-5 Business Days
If an identical mattress is not available at the time of replacement or repair, Canales Furniture reserves the right to substitute a mattress of equal or greater quality. Canales Furniture may require you to provide proof of the quality of frame and foundation used with your mattress.
This warranty is valid from the date of your original purchase; it will NOT be renewed or extended if you receive a replacement. If, in connection with a valid warranty claim, you elect to purchase an upgraded mattress (by paying the replacement cost plus the difference between original mattress retail price and the upgraded mattress current market price), then you will obtain a new limited warranty. The warranty term will begin as of the date of purchase of the upgraded mattress.
