How do the modular pieces stay together?

The Modmax pieces are designed with finished sides so they can "float" or be rearranged easily. While they do not use metal brackets to lock together, they feature non-skid legs that keep the sections in place, especially when placed on a rug or carpet.
Is the fabric easy to clean and maintain?

Yes! Modmax items are upholstered in Next-Gen Nuvella™, a high-performance polyester. It is stain-resistant and durable. For most spills, you can simply use mild soap and water. Additionally, many pieces feature zippered, machine-washable covers for deeper cleaning.
Can I add more pieces to my set later?

Absolutely. One of the best features of Modmax is its modular flexibility. You can start with a 3-piece set and add armless chairs, consoles, or ottomans later as your space or family grows.
Does this furniture fit through narrow doorways?

Yes. Because Modmax is delivered as individual modular pieces rather than one giant sofa, it is much easier to fit through tight hallways and standard doorways (minimum width requirement is often as low as 32 inches).
