Coverage begins from the original delivery date and lasts for the full 5-year term purchased, as indicated on your sales receipt. Protection must be added at the time you purchase your new outdoor furniture.

Filing a claim is simple. Our service center staff is ready to assist you by phone, email, or online through your Montage account. To speed up the process, you’ll be asked to complete a service request form and submit photos showing the damage.
